Hello readers! today i wud like to share senarai gym di negeri melaka if anda anda datang ke melaka or ada penduduk melaka yg masih blur-blur tentang gym kat melaka.so heres details.actually not to details but i try to give u a good direction so that u manage to there by ur own.even im not a good guide but, i try my very best so u wont get lost. :)
ops! btw pergi gym ni bukan saja untuk build muscle only okey, ada jugak untuk burning fat or calories. and also all gym is suitable for MAN & WOMAN.

1. GYM at bukit baru ( forgot the name but i used to go here..mybe the name so hard to mmrise. :) )
location :- gym ini terletak betul2 di atas 7 ELEVEN bukit baru.This gym in 3rd floor so u have to tgk ke atas 7 ELEVEN.I bet you alls confirm akan nmpak gym tu. If u still blur-ing, i give u another familiar , this gym ni terletak sebaris dengan AFFIN BANK Bukit Baru and also nearest with Balai Polis Bukit Baru and Kastam Bukit Baru Melaka.still blur? It Also berdepan dgn pejabat pendidikan melaka tengah. hope so all this bring u there.gud luck ya!
ABOUT for this gym :-
1. owner yg sangat ramah & I pernah jumpa sekali je and she teach me lot.
2. Let say if u 1st time datang, there one kakak will teach u step by step what to do in gym and also u will satisfied with her guide. She is not a professional instructor since she works there, so she can guide u as begineer till u can DIY.her smile and patient catch us.i guess this is the best way to treat custmer right.
3. The fees is so cheap and berbaloi-baloi. If u walk in, u just have to pay RM 5 only and play until 10.00 pm.Also provide a membership & the price is same for the gym around melaka, RM 110 lifetime membership.worth it right? U can pay RM 50 and for the next month RM 30.it wasn't expensive & valuable.I think to be a mmbr is better than walk-in bcuz in the next session, u dont have to bring RM 5 for fees.easy right.Ahli seumur hidup tu RM 110 je..come join em.U DONT HAVE TO BOOKING okey.just come and feel it by urself.
*till now i belum sempat lagi nk buat membship..di sebabkan nuffnang i blom boleh cash-out. :)*
4. Provide a INFRARED sauna you! this is fun.i dah test and freaking awesome! Untuk sauna ni,charge RM 15 per person and 1 box of sauna can fit 2 person in one time.I think only this gym provide a SAUNA session.U should try it out!!
5. Got their own cafe.owh btw the cafe is not in the gym but outside gym and u have to cross the street.Over there, only makanan yg berkhasiat saje di jual & the price not bad.
* i haven't go there but looking at the menus at receptionist table, waaa shedappp...*
OKEYLAH LIST BANYAK2 NANTI OWNER GYM LAIN MELUAT PULAK.move to next gym.
2. GYM MELAKA BARU ( Dis one pun i tak tahu name)
location :- di Taman Melaka Baru & Ianya terletak di atas pusat jualan perodua Melaka Baru.Familiar tak? If not, Gym ni berdepan dengan PUBLIC BANK MELAKA BARU and traffic light 4 junction...dan ianya sederet dengan ITALY BAKERY Melaka BAru.
About tHis gym:- i tak pernah lagi pergi gym ni dan hope so u all boleh experience sendiri dan if can, share with me.I belum berpeluang untuk kesana lagi.I do hope so one day.
3. GYM BUKIT KATIL (also cant remmbr the name)
Location this gym :- Gym ni terletak bersebelahan Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Melaka. (JPJ).If u dari bandar melaka, that GYM IS on ur left site.JPJ Melaka adalah direction terbaik utk pergi GYM berkenaan cuz before sampai pintu masuk JPJ tu, ada satu baris kedai yg baru di bina & tgk bahagian atas tu ada sticker GYM dan dari luar dah leh nampak GYM berkenaan.
About this gym :- fees nya sama RM 5 only dan nak jadi membership pun boleh RM 110 lifetime..yg best kat sini kite boleh bayar berapa je yg kite mampu sampai habis.owner sangat sporting dan boleh kow-tim :)
talking about this gym equipment,ermm not bad..btw kat sini barang2 agak lama tapi masih boleh di gunakan.owner gym ni akan show and guide u if u were 1st time.owner pn boleh tahan baik.
4. GYM AT JONKER STREET
Location this gym:- berdepan dgn balai bomba jalan kubu.dan jugak berdekatan dgn melaka international school also sekolah pay fong.familiar tak? okey GYM ni terletak berdekatan jonker street. I bet msti u boleh cari.
About this gym:- i tak pernah jugak pergi gym ni dan dorang ckp kat sini memang best dan tengok dari luar, byk sungguh treadmill them.so taklah korang berebut nanti or kene queue up.
CONCLUSION
perasan tak yg I bg details pasal gym kat bukit baru tu je? perasan kan? itu di sebabkan i selalu p gym situ dan i sangat selesa dgn environment kat sane.I selalu berpegang teguh pada prinsip i,as customer, i deserve the best service. tapi i tak cakap pulak yg tempat lain tak best.dan i pun tak pernh pergi lagi gym yg i tak list details utk u alls tu.I just bagi guide utk those yg cari maklumat pasal gym berkenaan.
So ape2 pun, u all are welcome to gym yg i dah list kat atas dan feel it.
oh bytheway, i would like to share something. For begineer, u are advice to drink isotonic water while or before and even after work-out at gym. here, i attach skali dengan contoh isotonik drink for u alls..lastly, happy work-Out.

NOTE FOR YOU SINCE I RECEIVED FEW ANNOYING COMMENTS, I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLAIN FEW THINGS OKEY :-
1- I admit personally I tak pernah lagi pergi gym / fitness center yg 5 star tempat lain.Some of u ada yg bersikap arrogant let me know yang kononya gym kat melaka ni membosankan/menjijikan/mengecewakan or whatsoever sebab ianya tak setaraf dgn fitness center yg pernah you all pergi.I want you to know yg melaka ni negeri yg kecil & komuniti penduduknya tak begitu besar so , bagi kami, gym/fitness center ni pun dh cukup memadai bagi kami even ade sane sini kekurangan..As long ade equipment yg sesuai untuk workout, we just go with it.
2-You know what, if you nak bukak gym yg 5 stars dekat melaka ni yg siap ade massage site, sauna yg boleh pack smpai 10 person in one time and also a personal traineer, PERSONALLY I AKAN CAKAP, UR BUSINESS WILL BE AT THE LONGKANG and bankrup within 1 month.Of coz u akan charge per person walk in smpai RM 30/entry, so do u think org melaka akan pergi ke gym u ke? I bet mmg ade but only 2-3 org je kot, then how u nak running ur 5 star business if these people dont come to ur gym??
RM 5 per entry is more acceptable among us.Just to reminds u, melaka is not a ibu negara for malaysia plus latar belakang pekerjaan penduduk melaka bukanlah over 5star atau 7 stars, and yet if ade pun mereka yg golongan 5stars or 7stars punye gaji, I dont think they sanggup nak bayar RM 30 untuk benda dan servis yg sama they boleh dpat dengan harga RM 5 only.
Jangan nk banned sgt melaka atau make any judgement b4 u know something, y not instead of u talking bullshit bout our gym here, why not you come here and feel urself.
Bro/ sis, I bkan nak melenting pasal u all kritik our gym, but if these only our capability & our comfort, why do u have to dispute all those things?
